Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 3647 Existence! VI

Chapter 3647  Existence! VI

The crushing of a Node of Existence.

A Node was no trivial thing. And when Bob crushed it, he didn't just use brute strength.

There was a flash of silver-white radiance. One could see it clearly—he had called upon the Primal Flame of the Wheel of Existence to achieve this terrifying effect.

And Bob didn't just crush a Node.

His weavings surged. Behind him, within the Spiral Dissonant Lexicon, a massive illusory screen appeared—revealing the weavings of the Frequency of Gold.

Surrounded by endless golden brilliance, this was a realm of unfathomable wealth and beauty. And in the next moment, the screen showed the actual flow of the Wheel within this frequency…beginning to fracture.

Lifeforms began to appear on the screens—multitudes of them—as reality itself shattered around them like fragile glass.

When this glass broke, it didn't do so quietly.

Many entities, to their horror, found that they couldn't channel any power at all. Their connection to the Wheel had been cut. Severed!

They were locked out of reality.

Space cracked. Fissures spread. Creatures in the path of these splits were torn apart—eyes dimming of all brilliance—fading shortly after.

The illusory screen behind Bob shifted rapidly. It showed countless regions of the Megalos—the grand expanse of the Frequency of Gold, which he had just erased with a single crushed Node.

And he had done it…with his eyes closed.

Essence of desolation and regret radiated from him, as if he truly hadn't wanted to take this step.

"I hear them."

His voice echoed out—low, mournful.

But Noah stared at him with eyes colder than the Abyss. Any remnants of goodwill, any flicker of redemption that might've once existed was gone.

This being had just made a conscious choice to destroy an entire Frequency of Existence.

And Noah already knew what he was about to say next.

"That didn't need to happen, my friend. And it still doesn't. I have a dozen more Nodes of Existence. This can stop right now. Let's not descend into something primitive. Let's rise above our baser selves. Let's do something…we'll actually be proud of."

His words were polished. Persuasive. Coated in idealism.

But toward this creature who had just annihilated an entire Frequency of Existence, Noah raised his hand and formed a fist.

Within that fist, a convergence of blinding, stellar obsidian brilliance began to bloom.

The weight of a True Source of Existence gathered there as he said, coldly.

"Echoes of the Unwritten."

HUUM!

Echoes of the Unwritten.

Four words. New, even to Noah. And by the look on his face—new to Bob, too.

Bob's brows furrowed.

And then…his eyes widened.

The illusory screen behind him—once dark and lifeless from the destruction it displayed—suddenly flickered to life. The events it had shown began to play in reverse.

Reality, once fractured, began to reform.

Shattered space knitted itself back together. Entities returned to life. The Frequency of Gold…healed.

It all unfolded uniquely and rapidly. In seconds, the entire destruction sequence had been undone. The screen vanished.

And in Bob's two tentacles…the Node of Existence he had crushed reappeared—reborn from a blinding singularity.

…!

Bob's eyes flared with light, staring at the unbroken Node now resting in his hand.

It was there.

As real as it had ever been.

The sheer impossibility of it made his inner complexity buzz. He turned and summoned another set of limbs, weaving more complexity into being. Another illusory screen appeared, showing the Frequency of Gold once more.

Intact.

Untouched.

Bob stared at it, his expression growing darker and more severe.

Far in the distance, Noah stood surrounded by rippling waves of True Source of Existence, his body blazing with obsidian radiance.

He spoke again.

"Existence is a unique thing. When one attains the True Source of Existence, one of the abilities it bestows is something called... Echoes of the Unwritten."

HUUM!

"It grants the power to undo—or redo—any event in existence. There are limitations, sure…but I don't need to tell you that. All you need to know is this- from here on out? You can destroy any Frequency of Existence you want. And right after... I'll undo that event."

…!

Noah's words were horrifying in their certainty. What he did was not something that one could attribute the reversal of time or even the reversal of Causality itself.

What he undid were the very weavings of existence themselves!

As he spoke, the True Source of Existence pulsed within him as it continued communicating with him. Guiding him.

This was the truth of the True Source.

Attaining it was not the end.

Attaining the True Source of Existence wasn't the final step. It was only the beginning.

The weavings of reality were vast—beyond imagination. And only after one claimed the True Source could they truly awaken to the infinite possibilities they could undertake with it.

To the alterations that could be made.

The only real limitation was complexity.

Because Noah's complexity had reached such terrifying heights, he had become capable of using Echoes of the Unwritten—able to reach into the strands of what could've been, and force one strand into being.

He had looked into the branches of probability where Bob destroyed and didn't destroy the Frequency of Gold, and chosen the path he preferred.

The one where the Frequency remained.

And just like that…he had become capable of undoing anything someone in front of him did—so long as it hadn't happened too far in the past.

Even if the action hadn't taken place right in front of him.

So long as it was recent?

He could unravel it.

It was terrifying. It was a sort of power that made even him take a pause when the weavings of the True Source of Existence spoke to him!

A power that made Bob pause—still holding the Node of Existence that just moments ago had been crushed and lost.

And now…it was perfectly whole again.

Meanwhile, Noah's body continued to shine with an even more scintillating stellar obsidian brilliance.

The True Source of Existence within him was only just waking up.

And it was beginning to show itself with terrifying fervor.
